About Lally’s Care

Lally’s care is an Independent Support Service providing care and support to participants of NDIS. Lally’s Care was founded by Davinder Baidwan, who has over 13 years of experience working in the disability and health Industry.

Lally’s care offers a wide range of quality services to people of all ages including, children, adolescents, and adults, with various needs. We are committed to providing the best care for you. Our values are based on compassion, respect, empathy, safety, acceptance, and connection. To maintain good practice, we make sure we liaise with those involved in your care to ensure consistency and commitment of care.  As a service, we strive to advocate for and with our participants. Our aim is to provide you with positive, flexible, friendly, and reliable support and to help you reach your goals.

We hold a neurodiverse paradigm. We believe people with disabilities can live rich, and meaningful lives. Each person is valuable and no matter how complicated and profound your disability is, it does not diminish personhood. WE SEE YOU! and we enable your uniqueness, different skills, abilities, and needs.

We offer services to Participants of NDIS who are:

Lifestyle/Independent support

Lally’s care provides Individual support and is committed to providing assistance to enable the person to live their chosen lifestyle. Services and support include, but are not limited to, a walk at a park, a day at the beach, swimming, going shopping or doing regular errands, helping with cooking and cleaning, and any other daily living support required. We can also provide assistance with driving to and from appointments and events. All support is provided as requested.

In addition, we can provide assistance with health care support for example., medical appointments or collection of prescriptions.

Community access, Social Support, and Travel

Lally’s care can support you for indoors and/or outdoors activities, with scheduled/routine activities, accompany you on outings and activities, and also holiday getaways to various destinations of choice. In an aim to promote quality of life and fun, the possibilities are limitless, for example, going to the cinema, going to the beach, going bowling, hiking, fishing, sports or your favourite activity. Whether it’s a day trip, a weekend away such as camping, or a longer stay, Lally’s care will happily assist. Further support can also include, booking for your trips, packing and unpacking. All social support is provided as requested.

Respite Holidays

If you are planning for a longer stay, Lally’s care is able to provide supported holidays within Victoria or Interstate.

Daily Living support

Lally’s care can provide assistance with shopping, preparation, and cooking of meals, eating and drinking, setting, clearing, and washing of dishes. We also provide assistance with washing, ironing, personal presentation, and home cleaning duties. All daily living support is provided as requested.

Work and Study

If you are working or studying, Lally’s Care can provide assistance with tasks that you can’t attend to, yourself. Our services also include individual support if a person needs to be assisted or accompanied for a shift work, school, placement or other settings. All support will be provided as requested and agreed upon.

• Hold a current National Police Check
• Hold a Working with Children Check (working with ages18 years and under)
• Understand our obligations under the NDIS Code of Conduct
• Have completed the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission Worker Orientation Module
• Have completed the Infection Control (COVID-19) Training
• Insurance against claims of Professional Indemnity and Public Liability
• Have a current and valid Driver License
